A clearer view of where your job stands

A job can be moving along nicely while the numbers tell a different story. When you’re juggling trades, materials, and everything in between, those changes aren’t always easy to spot.

The new Job Overview gives you a place to step back and see how the financial side of a job is tracking, so you can decide what needs a closer look.

Check the questions that matter

• How are costs tracking? See what you’ve budgeted, committed and spent.
• Where does billing stand? Check what’s been invoiced, what’s been paid and what’s still left to bill.
• Is the expected profit holding up? See where your margin is tracking as the job progresses.

It’s useful before a catch-up with your team, when you’re reviewing the week’s costs, or whenever you want a little more confidence in where a job stands.

Find it on your next job check

Open Jobs, select a job, then choose the Overview tab that's beside Job Details. It’s available to account Owners and Administrators with access to Job Management.
