This is part of our ongoing work to improve the login experience.

Verifying your mobile/cell number means you can receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS, a quicker and more secure way of accessing your account. A small but helpful change to reduce friction.

Note - if you have already verified your mobile/cell number you won't see this dashboard modal.

We’ve made it easier to keep documents connected across Buildxact and QuickBooks.

• Purchase Orders → QuickBooks: PDFs and images attached to a Purchase Order in Buildxact now appear on the bill in QuickBooks.
• QuickBooks Bills → Buildxact: Bill attachments from QuickBooks are now imported into Buildxact and recorded on the related Purchase Order.

That means supporting documents - like receipts and PDFs - move with your transactions, giving you clearer context and more confidence when allocating costs.

Go to Sync Settings and make sure Import bills and Import documents are turned on.

Draw continuous lines
You can now click multiple times to create complex shapes in a single line. Simply double‑click or press Enter to finish—no need to restart your line each time.

Choose your line thickness
Select from 9 different line thicknesses to improve visibility on complex plans, large drawings, or printed takeoffs.

Make updates in the desktop app or directly onsite using the Buildxact mobile app.

You can now raise multiple invoices against a single purchase order in cost-plus jobs.

This means you can:

• Invoice as work progresses
• Keep your cash flow moving
• Track costs and payments more accurately, line by line

This update gives you more flexibility, better control, and fewer workarounds when managing your jobs.
