This feature allows you to send emails to any contacts (with an email address) that you have assigned to a task in the job schedule.
The sent status and the contact's response status are then captured and reflected in the Job Schedule.
Contacts that accept the tasks they are booked on will also receive an automated email invitation to join the related job on the mobile app, Buildxact Onsite.

Now, like with RFQs in DRAFT status, we've made it so you can easily add extra items from Actual Costings to your existing Purchase Orders and Variations/Change Orders.
