We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature designed to simplify the way you manage Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Variations/Change Orders. Previously, if an item was unintentionally left off a PO, you were required to delete and recreate the entire PO.
Now, like with RFQs in DRAFT status, we've made it so you can easily add extra items from Actual Costings to your existing Purchase Orders and Variations/Change Orders.

Choose a category and subcategory for easy organization. Next time you need that item, it'll be right there in your catalogue!

Based on your feedback we’ve introduced the ability to link a bill from your accounting software to an existing Purchase Order created in Buildxact.
Simply select a job and click on the new “Link to an Existing Order” button. You can also select a category and item to refine the list of Purchase Orders.

To maintain consistency between your accounting system and Buildaxct, we recognize that certain items may not require syncing.
That's why you can now exclude receipts and outgoing invoices from your accounting sync queue with the click of a button. It's also possible to reintegrate these costs at a later date, if you change your mind.
This feature allows you greater control over your cost tracking, ensuring more tailored management for your business.
